refund & Cancellation policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. 

Refund applicable only for Pro-Trader Program and UPAT 3.0

In case of dissatisfaction with our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their membership and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation Policy

We will try our best to create suitable design concepts for our clients.

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund if informed within 5 days after enrolling for the Pro Traders course and within 24 hours for UPAT 3.0.

You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time (mentioned above) by mailing us at ‘[email protected]‘. In such a case, we will refund you any payment made by you for the order.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase, and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

Refund Policy

Once cancelled, a refund will be processed in the original mode of payment, which will be credited within 7-10 working days.
